Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website.

Who we are

Destiny Shipping Agency Private Limited (CIN U93090WB2019PTC231228), Shree Krishna Square, 2A Grant Lane, 5th Floor, Unit 5M, Kolkata – 700012, West Bengal, India. You can contact us at info@destinyshippingagency.in.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number if you give it, shipment and cargo details, and any cargo calculator figures. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

To protect the form from automated abuse, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it. Cloudflare processes limited technical information for this check under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your shipment. Enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox; the website itself does not keep a copy. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting business, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to info@destinyshippingagency.in.
